It is rare.  I can personally attest to your ability to meet the clients needs.  Everything from shopping for a school district to proximity to job, to diversity issues, to the families fit in the home, to making the closing a pleasure (Agent Axdorf at Founder's Trust), to the client gift you gave me after the deal was sealed, to follow up on how the transition is going.

Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions we make in our lifetime.  Two years ago I bought my first home and I can't tell you how lucky I was to work with Mary Claire.  She was patient with me as I figured out my needs, going through around 80 some homes, and eventually  steering me back to the home I now own and love love love, she took the time to know my needs and considered what was best for me, which in my case turned out to be not the biggest sale for her.
